Statement of Quality Policy

Textile Bonding rigorously pursues a policy of manufacturing and marketing products which are renowned for excellence in quality and reliability and, thereby, provides value to Customers in all markets served. This approach is constantly maintained and, in addition, continuous improvement is sought to ensure that product performance meets all the ongoing needs of the Company's Customers.

This policy is in the full interest of all Company employees, who are expected to give due care and attention to the quality of their work at all times. The Company aids this objective by continuous improvements in processes, materials, training and working conditions. These are included in the Company planning document, which confirms the commitment to the policy of "zero discrepancies".

It is the prime responsibility of the Quality Manager to ensure that the systems necessary to support and monitor the Company's quality objectives are established and maintained throughout the Company. In addition, these systems need to be developed and improved to give never-ending Quality Improvement. The Quality Manager has the full support of the Plant Manager in carrying out this responsibility.

This does not preclude all Managers and Employees from their own responsibilities in ensuring that quality standards are properly and fully maintained and that finished products meet specifications in all respects. It is also the responsibility of all employees to ensure that good standards of housekeeping are maintained at all times.

Statement of Environmental Policy

It is the policy of Textile Bonding to manufacture and deliver products and services in a manner that is not detrimental to the environment or to the health and safety of the personnel inside and outside of our operations. To achieve this we will ensure compliance with all current legislation, take all neccessary steps to prevent pollution, assess, monitor and where possible reduce to a minimum the impact of our activities on the local and general environment.

We will minimise the use of materials and energy resources and reduce our wastage to the lowest practical level. Any waste which is created will be re-used or recycled where practical or disposed of through acceptable and authorised waste agencies.

In the pursuit of continuous improvement, we will actively encourage suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors and employees to participate in the efforts to reduce any possible environmental impact.

It is the company policy to implement an environmental management system which sets environmental targets for continuous improvement in all areas of our operation. To comply with this system, we will use relevant and suitable documentation and where measurement and testing is deemed necessary will ensure that data records and results are updated regularly.

We will establish systematic and periodic auditing procedures and initiate corrective action's to address any deficiency found within the Company's environmental management system, policy objectives or targets.

The Plant Manager is committed to the implementation of this policy and gives full backing to all those authorised to carry it out.

The Policy is communicated to all personnel via the Company Notice Board, and is also published on the company web-site.
